8 编辑器问题(图片附件上传后无法自动插入,或者插入代码异常)

个人经验：
这个问题通常发生在当图片文件名中出现括号时，图片附件上传后无法自动插入。
需要存起来后，再二次编辑帖子，手工插入图片到指定位置。

三 乱码问题

是BUG吗？

我的平台目前使用DiscuzNT 2.1 Access版，UTF-8代码。
在帖子和个人空间里直接编辑的汉字标题，
在空间首页里打开后，有些帖子的汉字标题（直接在线编辑输入的）却都变成了乱码？？？？ 。
从其他文档中直接拷贝粘贴过来的汉字标题却能够正常显示？
这是什么原因造成的？

1、所有文件放到C:\Website
2、安转好SQL2000
3、给定目录权限，启用父目录，独立应用程序池

应该是目录权限有问题吧
