有个天气插件，直接显示正常，是GB2312编码的
http://www.dtiosw.com/bbs/templates/default/weather.htm于是首页iframe调用
<iframe lang="GB2312" src="http://www.dtiosw.com/bbs/templates/default/weather.htm" width="20%" height="15" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" frameborder="0" scrolling="no" align="center"></iframe>
因为首页是UTF-8的，就乱码了
http://www.dtiosw.com/bbs/forumindex.aspx按理说iframe加了lang是可以的，为什么不好用？好像center也没有起作用，其它都正常。
